Or Dane Fife? Dane still lives in Btown. Has said on JMV that he was offered the coach in waiting position when he was hired. Said he declined because he didnt want to put pressure on Woodson.

Personally i hate both these options. But what if? They would both be in the 10-15 range on my list. But since everyone is throwing stuff against the wall and seeing what sticks here's some more manure!

Just that is a deal breaker. Need someone who will fully engage with the game as it is today. And although I think Fife might be an OK coach, no more former players, I don’t care who they are.

I'm with you on most things, but I'd rather have McCollum than Beard. I have no doubt CB would win at IU--and I'd be glad to have him--but I think BMC could build something quite special in Bloomington.
