While I have not paid a ton of attention to it I feel like Penn State will be a much tougher out than the past couple years. The new kid on the block has had a couple strong recruiting classes I believe.
I think if we avoid key injuries unlike last year IU will have a solid year and make a bowl. Not sure I like getting the o$u bucks first in big ten play but maybe they won't be as fine tuned yet either.
