Like most right wing internet "journalists" it's a BS headline, with misleading quotes from an actual article. The article was about how to guarantee Ukraine's security in the event of a ceasefire. The one line about some "officials" raising "even" the possibility of returning nukes to Ukraine is the only mention. Nowhere in the article is it even remotely hinted at that the US and Europe actually discussed such a possibility.
