The National Archives immediately called out Trump for this lie. There are Obama administration documents at a secure National Archives Facility in Chicago, not undet Obama's control. These are documents intended to go into his presidential library.

Unfortunately, we really need to go over the top with a claim for it to register as satire in the current environment. 33 million is just plausible enough as a claim The Donald actually would make to render satire ineffective.
It needed to be something more like "Obama stole 833 kabillion classified documents and gave them to George Soros."
