For me, that has been at the core of the issue with this team/staff... you earn minutes or lack thereof. It's called setting a culture.

Doesn't matter if you are here for 5 years or one. If you think you're heading to the NBA, then you better show it with teamwork, attitude, energy and heart. That is more important to any NBA coach over just some stats.
