So now CBS is ranking fb teams one thru 128, as if being ranked 46th, let's say, is really meaningfully different from being ranked, let's say, 66th or 76th. As for Rivals and others like them, while I don't take their star rankings very seriously (except for the few at the very top) or their bb rankings (aside from the top 10 or 12. I really wonder why in bb they try to rank an entire class one thru 150? It would make much more sense if they would rank by position (point guards against point guards, post players vs. post players, etc. ) rather than try to rank all high school seniors one thru 150. How in the hell can you compare/then rank a point guard vs a PF vs and post player?
