Heh, I like this.
Seems like Morgan and McRoberts would both fit the bill. Unheralded recruits who fought their way into starting roles with heart. But their leadership just hasn't made the team any better. McRoberts play has been a disaster this year, and Morgan doesn't seem to have any answers. You'd think he'd get tired of running out there for the media questions after the losses, but he keeps coming out and parroting the same "we gotta stop waiting until we get punched in the mouth" shtick.
If the rumors are true, there have been multiple fights behind closed doors. Tough to win those tugs of war in the big ten when everyone isn't pulling on the rope.

What leadership?
Their leadership - or lack thereof - is one of the biggest issues of this team. And one of this season's biggest disapointments.
I have heard rumors of fights. I don't believe that is too uncommon. I would be interested to learn where the obvious fracture has occurred that killed the team. Is this a new guy vs old guy battle that will disappear from graduation and the draft or are he problems set to return?
It probably cost us Brooks and who knows what else. I sure don't expect a highly ranked player to sign until this season is properly explained. Archie didn't need this as he was rebuilding the roster!
