The GOP "speaker" made clear that he intends to blur the faces of the GOP's trespassers, demonstrators, Trump supporters and "tourists" to protect their privacy , but naturally he has not made clear yet whether he intends also to blur the faces of members of Congress, police, media photographers or passers-by in the same images.
