It will take some doing by an administration committed to understanding it and doing so. That commitment appears to be missing. Its not the coach. Like Marshall in WSU, he is not going to turn down a nice contract. I think he'll leave for Austin in a heartbeat if/when that opportunity presents itself. That is his destination location. The RMK style will go with Beard when he moves on. If Tech is his destination location they wouldn't have had to give him this contract that targets the Longhorns with a double the buyout clause for switching to a school within the conference.
