I re-watched the UM game focusing on Stephens at the LG position. It looked to me that he held up well. He did get bowled over twice (an outside run in the 1st half, and on the TD throw to Sarratt), but otherwise seemed to hold up pretty well. He's slow but has some strength. What I also noticed was that RG Lynch got beaten a lot. It appeared to me that he had a very poor game. Just my observations.

Mike Katic graded the best, with Carter Smith allowing 4 pressures & Bray Lynch 3 pressures. Tyler Stephens graded the worst of the OL on run-blocking.

I believe both of those guards were going against two projected 1st round NFL draft picks. The list I saw yesterday scUM had 4 on the list of 1st rounders and believe it or not, OSU had zero
OSU has major issues with their d-line not performing this year, especially on the pass rush. While they maybe uber talented they have not been producing(supposedly the d-line coach and dc hate each other and are not talking ). So I don't expect the same issues with Ohio State that we had with Michigan.

Kinda heard the same about HC and DL split this season + it's supposedly been escalating for 2 years. Larry Johnson used to be the gold standard for DL coaches. But Bosa(s) are hard to replace and live up to.

OSU fans I know are worked up over this. Wild situation. Hopefully they’re out of sync against us.
