In regards to availability of starter level talent or key depth piece talent, curious what the landscape was last spring and what you think this springs portal availability will look like?

The portal window opens on April 16th and goes to the 25th. It will for sure be interesting who jumps in when that window opens.
One of the FB mags has Indiana in 10th place for transfers from the portal. It'll be of interest to see what if any spring transfers Coach Cignetti adds. Cam Rice come on down.

Yea. That's also a recruiting error for the Vols... can't have guys like that around and it makes sense they told him to go.
It will be very interesting where he ends up. I saw USC, UCLA, and TTU being thrown around as destinations, but I don't follow Vols football too closely.

He was at Purdue this past weekend. Seemed to indicate he looked small and Purdue wasn’t taking him. But that could be defense specific. Idk. Got a different dude, so maybe that was it as well. I think he’s making his rounds.

IU had two 'best' wins last season, IMO...
UCLA set the tone for the season with that away conference win, and the Nebraska curb stomping lit the fire under the fans.
The 66-0 ass whooping was just icing on the cake.

I just figured as much as I see 66-0, that was the best win for iu. A win vs Purdue's worst head coach. One that was replaced by a good coach. Carry on.

Agreed. Purdues last push was Illinois. Then it became clear the Walter’s era was officially over. Glad to have a good coach now. We might get some great rivalry games finally.
