And given how the bodega guy was treated, if Zeldin had punched the drunken idiot and broken his nose Zeldin would have likely been charged.
But, then, the mitigating fact had to be the attacker’s use of a My Kitty Self-Defense keychain.

Zeldin was obviously the victim of a devious plot to ruin his campaign. The DA was a woke liberal socialist operative working under cover. Probably knows Epps.
