It'll be interesting to see how that plays out. It very well could end up being Vivek, but there were reports that DeWine was leaning toward John Husted. DeWine isn't a Trump bootlicker...we'll see how it plays out.

Interesting. There have been rumblings about this for awhile. Given the political makeup of the state I think he may have a shot, but I honestly don't know. It probably depends on who he runs against.

I know Amy Acton - the former ODH Director during COVID - announced she'd running as well. Overall I think she's a good person, but not built for something like a gubernatorial race. I'd be surprised if she's on the ticket on election day.

I thought Bessent sounded like a good pick. Won’t be unanimous, for obvious reasons. But think it wouldn’t be a party line vote, either

I’m hoping that RFK goes down. He’s a quack and his nomination was just payback for the endorsement.
