From what I've seen and I would assume its a fraction (fraction!) of what Kiper and his crew have watched and analyzed.

Sanders and Milroe are overrated.
Rourke and Gabriel are underrated.

Dart and Shough did not impress when I watched their games...and I mean I watched a few LOU and Ole Miss games and I just don't remember them.

I'm ok with Beck, Ewers and Ward being in the top 5...

Just a guy on a couch on Saturdays...

Did not see McCord

Thanks. I have been looking for thoughts on his draft status. With a January ACL repair he might be a PS candidate for year one.

No Mendoza on the list? I bet he is after the 2025 season.

I saw an article where one pundit had him (Rourke) actually going in the 6th round (which I think is too low). My guess is that even with his now known injury and ongoing rehab, he'll go as high as the 3rd round, with his floor being late 5th round...

Whoever gets him will be getting a steal... Healthy he's a solid 2nd rounder to even low 1st in my book... Too bad for him that I have zero influence with any NFL GM's...

Like I said earlier, the injury and rehab may turn out to be a blessing in disguise in that a smart GM who has an aging or somewhat suspect starter might have the foresight to invest a year on the bench with Rourke and have him compete for the starting position in year two when he's completely healthy and has had time to study the offense...

That means, if he's lucky, he won't be stuck on one of those routinely crummy teams with idiot GM's who are always playing for the top draft pick because they're so bad....

I think 5th round seems about right. Be awesome if higher. Predictions dropped from third round, late in the season. I think people are going to be extremely concerned about his mobility, despite him trying to get out in front of it with the news about the tear. I thought he looked just mobile enough early but it went away late.

Hopefully makes a roster not a practice squad. I'd bet on him. He's good.

he certainly is a tough hombre and a great leader. i'm sure those are two important factors in any evaluation.

I see him as a Bart Starr kind of pro QB... He has all the intangibles to be a great game manager and Team Leader without the knock your socks off Combine numbers of the type that an Anthony Richardson would put up... The difference there is that Rourke will find a way to make plays and actually Win games while getting better each year rather than just becoming a salary black hole for the team...

Shedeur and Jalen will be total flops in the pro's.

I would not bet against Sanders being some what successful but Milroe to me is a lesser version of Richardsonfor the Colts. Good athlete but doesn’t seem to be able to read defenses very well. He forces the ball and doesn’t seem to go through his progression. It would surprise the crap out of me to see him picked higher than any on that list.

Step right up Indianapolis Colts....

One of the number 1 things an NFL QB cannot do is take sacks. That dude is the king of taking sacks. He has taken many sacks at Jackson State and Colorado with two different Offensive Coordinators. Remember, at least at Colorado, they were never a high-powered offense outside of the hype.

I'm a Colts fan and would like Rourke. Richardson isn't progressing in his passing skills, and although I don't think it's beyond reason that he won't, they can't rely on that. Picking up Rourke would be great.

While I said 5th round, I think a team easily may jump for him in the third if they do need a QB. Hope it's the Colts. I also root Titans (Colts if they play) since I lived there awhile, they could use a guy too. But they may be more of a wreck than the Colts. Not sure if I wish Rourke to go to either of those disasters for his sake, but wouldn't mind the Colts for my own fun. I really think Rourke can play in the NFL.

Don't wish either of those two pathetic organizations on him please! He's earned a better fate than that... 😉🍺

Yeah i think he is a 3rd round guy but can really see him go higher. Once GM's find out how nasty his thumb was and how he was a good runner before the knee injury, his stock will move up.

My highest spot in the draft for him is:

2nd Round, 53rd pick to the (drum roll here)...
Pittsburgh Steelers

Now I haven't been a Steelers fan since the "70's" but this slot in the draft wouldn't surprise me at all... The Steelers probably have kept a file open on him since his Ohio days and have to be impressed by both his toughness and leadership qualities...

I'd much rather see him go to an indoor stadium team with a great offensive line but the Steelers picking him at 53 wouldn't surprise me...

I don't follow the NFL like I did when I was a kid..., so I'm very interested in what others who do follow the League these days think.

Who do you guys see as:

A) the most probable team he'll be drafted by
&
B) the best possible spot he could end up (realistically)

I see Rourke as a Brock Purdy type of player. KR hopefully wont be Mr. Irrelevant, but put him in a good situation and he can flourish as Brock did in SF.

Rourke would look good in Indy. Rourke is an intelligent QB who can actually read defenses.

The best two quarterbacks of the last 25 years were cerebral players. They weren't going to run a 4.5 40 and wow you with pocket escapability. What they possessed was brains, moxie, and million dollar arm talent. Rourke may not have the arm of Brady or Manning, but I'll guarantee he's as intelligent and certainly has a good enough arm.

Good fit on paper... I just have zero confidence in anyone in the decision making hierarchy for the Colts...
