Any word on if he has been able to get rid of the splint? It will be 5 weeks Saturday since the injury,still too soon?

Read recently that he's feeling much better and close to 100 %... If I read it correctly it sounded as though he took last week off (as far as throwing hard)... to rest his arm and his thumb...(the splint wasn't mentioned).
On Kurtis's interview this wk., he had his thumb partially bandaged.

Cignetti said something positive about him during the Monday Press Conference... He hasn't lied to us yet...
Coach Cig said Tyler Stephens held his own during the Michigan game & that the OL play was not up to par in general. He seemed happy though with Stephen's play overall. With the additional 2wks of practicing together, the OL will be ready for the bucks.
