Hello,
I wanted to say a few things as we got an update on somethings from Shannon Terry this morning.
1. Thank you all for sending in those reviews. They are being heard.
2. Here are some of the bullet points from today:
In markets where we have two strong fan sites for the same team, we will block access to the competing site’s premium content to protect site value and community dynamics.
However, we’re offering a $60 annual bundle upgrade that allows users to unlock both sites in these situations, including posting access on both message boards in approved and applicable markets.
By that time, we expect subscriptions, fan site operations, and backend systems across On3 and Rivals to be fully aligned and operational under the new structure.

6. What happens to Rivals fan sites?
They will remain on the Rivals platform, supported by our infrastructure and resources. Users will gain access to premium content across both Rivals and On3, increasing subscription value. In cases with two strong sites for the same school, we will cross-promote or bundle/merge strategically.7. How does this affect On3 and Rivals subscriptions?
All On3 members will get full read-only access to the entire Rivals network—including premium articles and message boards. The same applies in reverse: Rivals members now have read-only access to the full On3 network.
10. When will these changes take place?
The transition will happen over the next few months, with a target date of July 1, 2025, for full integration.By that time, we expect subscriptions, fan site operations, and backend systems across On3 and Rivals to be fully aligned and operational under the new structure.
