It does make you question the safety of this area

You can't land a large passenger jet on a short, dirt runway in a remote area. What if someone found a way to do it and hide the planes under the jungle canopy? It would make for a great James Bond film where they could land jets at a secret runway and turn the planes into piloted missiles. There does seem to be a bad run of luck in this area. I hope they find this one soon. The Malaysia Air plane seems to be hopelessly lost.

Interestingly enough, this guy seems to think the plane is in the Bay of Bengal as is going the crowdfunding route to investigate.
