FWIW, after Odom, I wanted Brent Vigan. Odom had more than one good year, knows how to churn a roster in the present day, has averaged 7.3 wins a year, and has P5 experience. If he can come in and make the floor 6-6 and the ceiling 8-4, I would take that at this exact moment. Once you establish the 6-6 floor though, the ceiling can start to rise on a program at the same time. Get the right schedule, then win 10.
