Politico: Roe to be overturned per draft opinion

Seriously 40% can't raise $400? Credit card etc? No wonder you are so high on obamacare. Funny how those of us footing the bill for his wonderful plan have to be able to . I'm not talking about abortions either. Perhaps if you can't come up with $400 you should reconsider having sex or take some pretty major precautions.

ya, it’s pretty surreal. No easy answers. We live in a very rich country where 40% of the pop can’t afford an abortion. I assume you’ll blame the dems. Cool. With you on that but save some venom for your own side. Both sides keep dropping the ball.

I wonder how many of those who can't scrape up the $400, is posting that answer, on social media via a $1,000 cell phone?
If so, then is it actually a matter of not being able to, or not wanting to give something up to be able to? hmmm keep my baby or keep my phone, decisions decisions.

so you’re saying a decent % people who can’t afford $400 have $1000 phones? Link?

I would much prefer no picketing outside homes, and I also realize that protests rising to the level of trying to intimidate judges has legal protection.

But I understand the motivation. Remember the SCOTUS ruling that members of the Westboro Baptist Chruch can picket, protest and generally be a nuisance at funerals, using signs that say "God hates f@gs" and "God loves dead soldiers"???

That was clear harassment that was deemed to "OK" by the SCOTUS despite being crude, uncivil, and unaceptable to most thinking people.

Yeah, but the phones are just thrown in with the cell plans. Most people don't buy the phone.

But to the larger point, yes conspicuous consumption is not good when you can't afford it.

To reply to both of the brain dead’s in one fell swoop.

There is no such thing as a period so irregular or potential other causal factor, that alarm bells still wouldn’t/ shouldn’t be going off at 8 weeks, much less 10, much less 12. The rest of the developed world holds this standard or something close to it. You barbarians need to come join us in 2022.
I didn't realize you were a girl...

You really are ignorant.

The issue isn't protesting - it's trying to influence a judge by intimidation. It's against the law - look it up.

I do remember that S ct ruling. Do you remember if the protestors were successful in influencing the outcome of the funeral? Still dead?

To quote the very first sentence of my last post for those DANC-like turds who lack reading comprehension skills: "I... realize that protests rising to the level of trying to intimidate judges has legal protection".

LMAO! Look who has me on ignore!

Why do you pretend you do?

Your first sentence means nothing if you blather on later about legal protesting. Or else you're arguing with yourself.

My wife had severe fibroid tumors and never missed 3 periods in a row. Not even 2.

Irregular, sometimes. But never completely missed.

And if an athlete missed 3 times in a row and doesn't take a pregnancy test then, yes, she's a dumb jock.

Stop with all your "You're a man so you don't know what you're talking about" BS.

Quite a few of us have been married and know more than we want to know about women's reproductive cycle.
It’s the same reason these clowns always cite rape and incest. Without the edge cases their position of abortion until birth is transparently cruel. The funny thing is they would never support an abortion ban with carve outs for rape, incest, and health of the mother, so their protestations are meaningless. The last straws they can grasp at.

If you are an Olympic athlete or one of these edge cases with regularly irregular periods and are having unprotected sex, I would suggest a pregnancy test if you don’t want to carry a baby to term. I would actually suggest that for any birthing person having unprotected sex.

If that makes me a theocrat telling birthing people what to do with their bodies so be it.

Unacceptable!
If I'm an Olympic Athlete, have missed 3-4 months of my period, I've had some nausea in the AM's, my boobs are getting bigger or are tender... It's pretty obvious that I must have a thyroid condition. Duh.

Who do you think is going to foot the bill for enforcing and prosecuting abortions in the states that outlaw them? Most Americans, including me, don't want to pay for this or sit on juries for abortion prosecutions of 20 year old Suzy or Jessica or the doctors.

Marist.
A co-worker showed me the info.
He is a big supporter of the Catholic Church so I’m sure the demographics are probably skewed a bit.
I do believe that 7 out of 10 would oppose late-term abortion in the second and third trimesters.
Third possibly barring medical issues, second, no way.

Phones are a necessity in today’s world. And how many people here don’t even understand that many people don’t have credit cards.

Oh well if it didn’t happen to your wife then it can’t happen. Science be fanned. Lol And this thread certainly proves the you’re a man but, since a couple of you know nothing about periods. You cite your wife. Lol.

I can understand you making an excuse not to watch it.

Send me the bill - I'll pay you to watch it. Seriously. You can used the mail feature to give me the details.

If you don't want me to give you the money because you're afraid of exposing your ID, I'll give it to the charity of your choice.

Do it - I dare you.
It’s too crazy for even Tucker and Newsmax. But not our Trumpers. Lol https://news.yahoo.com/dinesh-d-souza-claims-tucker-212549727.html

Now who is elitist? Poor people can’t have sex???

Should abortion be legal at the point where the baby can feel pain?

You have the comprehension skills of a 2x4. I said if people can't afford to pay for the consequences of their actions maybe they should rethink the action.

yes, fighting primary biological imperatives is a sound practice. Look at how the Catholics eradicated masterbation.

How does the biological imperative apply to gay & trans, since it is to reproduce, not to have sex…

What is ''masterbation''? I swear you liberals that like to come on and tell us how much smarter you are have to be some of the worst spellers there are. I wouldn't point it out if most of you weren't so smug all the time.

liberal? Lol. The religious right hijacked this issue 40 years ago. And with fundamentalist furor, it was turned into a political issue instead of a human one.

weird none of you are asking yourselves why this is a partisan issue now when it wasn’t then. Did someone brainwash a subset of perfectly good human beings into believing your relationship with an unborn baby you have no connection to or have no intention of helping raise supersedes the relationship between unborn baby and mother or mother and doctor? They did. Lol.

So, which kook sold you this BS? Joel Osteen? Jim & Tammy? And you actually paid them for the brainwashing. Yuck

is there a way to biologically reproduce without sex?
A very serious concern is with in vitro fertilization.

How this usually happens, of course, is that sperm is collected, eggs are collected, they get mixed, and if you are lucky some eggs become fertilized.

One or more of the fertilized eggs is then implanted. The rest are either frozen or discarded. They are usually frozen until a baby is produced, and then they are discarded or kept frozen for future preganancies, at the direction of the patient.

Under at least the proposed Louisiana law where life is ruled to begin at fertiization, discarding fertilized eggs would be defined as murder.

Would that make sense?

Is it ok to penetrate a female's vagina or aquire medical information about a woman's vagina without their consent?
Your unwillingness to answer the question pretty much answers the question. Who or where is the question you posed being suggested or part of the discussion?

It is the other side of the argument: right to privacy. I don't know when a person starts to be mentally cognizant or feel pain.

You are free to answer my question or ignore it: it is your choice.
