I disagree. A pro-abortion stance will automatically remove any candidate for consideration among many people.
It may not to you or others, and that's OK. But I think the number of people who whom it's a primary consideration is considerable.

I don't see a win for conservatives/Republicans for leaking it and there seem to be more reasons for a Democrat doing it. Command keeps me busy. My people have been working hard and putting in long hours so we had a training day this morning and I let people off this afternoon. Gives me a break too so I had a few minutes to relax and catch up here. I even have time to meet Aloha and a couple of our mutual friends for a scotch or two this afternoon. We haven't had time to do that in months. Back to the grind tomorrow. I see this place hasn't changed a lot but I get some laughs out of some of the posts. Seems like firing up the Pro-choice troops would be a good reason. The leaker might think the 24 hour coverage of this since the leak and the protests might change the minds of one or two of those leaning toward overturning Roe. I don't think it will but I understand why the leaker might.
That was my first reaction also but the conservative angle seems to be gaining some speculation and like all good conspiracy theories....it makes sense (you have the votes now, you know one or more is waffling, get it out publicly so their name is tied to it in the hopes of sealing it).

Cmon Cray, there's a million ways to insult someone. Choosing the most personal, hurtful and insulting, many times without a basic escalation, is frankly just shit posting.
There's what, say (and I'm making this up as I go along) 3 levels of insults.
1. Basic and quick reaction to a current situation. Ex: crazy, looney, stupid, head up your ass, dumbass, ignorant, moron, idiot, etc.
Level 2. The semi personal. This tends to attack life choices made by the person but controlled by that person. A free will choice. Ex occupational, political and social beliefs, lifestyle living choices. **Religious (this one is tricky because a claim can be made that religion is such a deep, personal choice that it really falls into level 3).
Level 3: The hateful, mean spirited personal insult. This is simply going after things a person can't control. Ex race, sex (I know, I know), orientation, disability, personal tragedy, religion.
When we dip into level 3 insults, particularly in an un natural escalation...yeah, that's a shit post.

The 36 clerks would have had the document in February. So it seems that they didn't, with any speed anyway, leak it. One of them could have blabbed to someone else who took it upon himself/herself to get a copy and then leak it. That makes sense to me.
Now if a clerk told a friend about it and the friend then managed to get a copy of the document, without support from the clerk, is that clerk's career still over?

Getting back on point, maybe I am wrong but Zeke comes across as this women are equal on everything 100% except when it is better for women. I am fine with equal, have plenty of women friends and they agree with me. There are just some things in the world that arent equal 99% of the time.
