Gas prices always go up during the summer.

If we had some more refineries, we could (presumably - weigh in B-School) better regulate the supply/demand regionally, and keep prices lower and more stable nationally.
2.89 this morning in Ky. 2.99 in Newburgh. $3 is probably going to be the benchmark in my opinion. Going to depend on the tax rates or a local price war. That does happen.
