Liar. First, no one defended Kavanaugh more than me here and I'd defend Hegseth if this was the same and he deserved it. It's not the same. Second, I want the FBI to do their job and find out what's true like they've done forever for Presidential nominees. Third, I would rather they find the truth now than for Hegseth to be confirmed and then the dirt comes out and embarrasses Republicans for confirming him.
Why ask a question like that? I never hid anything with respect to my thoughts about the candidates and the election. I was 100 percent up front and honest about it.

After Hegseth withdraws, DeSantis won't have too difficult of a time to be confirmed. Neither would Ernst. Hegseth is a bad pick, and it would be best if we just recognize that and move on.

I don’t know if he had or has PTSD. He claims to have overcome whatever it was. We’ve already elected a president with a severe mental health disability. We had a candidate who had zero smarts and was allegedly a lush. Nobody was bothered by either. Hegesteh is better than both. He doesn’t seem to have a present day disability. While I think DeSantis would be better, so would a lot of people. That’s no reason to DQ Hegseth.

That’s only if you take the strictest definition of Conservatism. If you take the American political definition, 9/10 self-proclaimed Conservatives would tell you that radical change is warranted in many/ most departments of the executive branch.
I think it's very dangerous to have a mentally unstable person as Commander in Chief. I'd prefer to avoid that situation. Now I'm with those of you that HOPE that those around Trump save him from his worst instincts and prevent him from making crazy emotional decisions.
