I didn't mean to imply the Mr. Obvious thing. Sorry about that. I honestly didn't make the connection between his old name and new name.Well, it's not a Mr. Obvious thing. It's not usually mentioned.

If I want radio I stream WHCC out of Ellettsville. When I tried to sign up for Peacock and download my computer browser wouldn't support it (i'm still in the Dark ages with Windows 7). I'm not computer savvy enough to change my browser. So I wanted to settle for the streaming radio broadcast. When I went to Indiana University Football Network and got directed to a site called Tune In and signed up for their service. They offer a 7 day free trial, and then it is $9.99 per month or 79.99 if paid annually. I tested it out with my Computer. Obviously nothing streaming right now on IU platform. but I went to the other offerings on their site- music, radio stations, etc. It worked with my speakers and I was getting sound.
Wonder if anyone else has used the site for the football broadcasts and whether it is reliable. I assume there will be no content streamed until the Pre Game Show starts. thanks for helping an Old Fart Computer Illiterate.
Well, there really is none. I mean, you wouldn't know it unless you were told about it. Maybe Lewis is his mom's maiden name?I didn't mean to imply the Mr. Obvious thing. Sorry about that. I honestly didn't make the connection between his old name and new name.
Not sure and for the life of me, I couldn't recall hearing the name Rhett Lewis being called in any football games. Glad to know I'm not totally losing it.Well, there really is none. I mean, you wouldn't know it unless you were told about it. Maybe Lewis is his mom's maiden name?
That’s what I did and will do.If you really don't want to pay get a free 2 week trial of instacart+. It comes with a free trial of peacock. Cancel both before the trial ends
I signed up for $7.99/month - cancel any time. I'll keep it through BB season and cancel in March. I hate paying streaming fees but forty bucks for IUFB, WBB, and MBB and I figure it's a bargain.Instacart has a free trial which includes a free week of Peacock. So I signed up and will cancel when the IU game is over.
They get me year round so I can watch the Tour de France in the summer…I signed up for $7.99/month - cancel any time. I'll keep it through BB season and cancel in March. I hate paying streaming fees but forty bucks for IUFB, WBB, and MBB and I figure it's a bargain.
This is the way.Against interest (don't know about possible bandwidth issues with increased numbers logging on to streams), I'll note the following.
Here in Japan, while listening on the Varsity app to Don and Buck, I use one of the many free streaming sites aggregated at one of the sites listed below to watch the game, typically with about a 20-second delay behind the radio broadcast.
sportshub.stream

I've enjoyed listening to Don Fischer. Piss on peacock. These Peacock announcers are terrible. McCoy sounds like an MSU homer
McCoy is just bad. These Peacock announcers are terrible. McCoy sounds like an MSU homer
I was griping about it and wifey asked if metronet was going out. "Not unless everyone in freeloader is on metronet".I've watched on Peacock a bunch of games this year. Rarely a stutter.
Apparently Indiana fans overloaded their servers.

I've heard enough about peapuss it reinforces my decision to give them the thumbs down and enjoyed immensely Fischer and Buck. I'll do the same for Woodson and his boys. I won't adjust until hell is icy or BTN removes the cranium from their rectum.I have a bunch of times where the feed on peacock cut out today, apparently I wasnt the only one this happened to! NBC sucks as a whole with peacock and how they kinda screwed Indycar over! This app wont last long!
Preachin' to the choir, my friend. Fisch and Buck were having a blast yesterday, that is, once IU erased that early 10 point deficit🤣Then the game became a laugher. I noticed that the IU/MSU game will be aired on "Big Football in 60" today at 5pm and again tomorrow at 2am. I watch highlights last night, but am looking forward to watching the entire game.I've heard enough about peapuss it reinforces my decision to give them the thumbs down and enjoyed immensely Fischer and Buck. Thanks for posting this. Peacock froze up on me at the beginning of the 3rd quarter and it took me until the beginning of the 4th quarter to get the video feed back up. I kept up on the radio while swearing profusely trying to fix the issue. Now I can watch what I missed.Preachin' to the choir, my friend. No problem! I'm glad that we had the opportunity to watch it today. Looks like I didn't miss anything positive happening from my Packers today🤣 That was a Sparty beatdown. The studio people left a lot to be desired. I recall that Chris Sims mentioned #25 for IU twice while reviewing the highlights - 2 interceptions. while he doesn't have to know every player, he should have the foresight to look up his name if you're going to mention his interceptions. Isn't this your job?!These Peacock announcers are McCoy sounds like an MSU homer
Hmmm…not real sure about that one. McCoy was beyond bad and has a very irritating voice, but those BTN+ broadcasts take almost all the fun out of watching. I love Hoosiers baseball, but those kid announcers are routinely terrible. The announcers were the worst I've heard in years. McCoy is awful. IU has student broadcasters that do a better job.
I might have been a tad hyperbolic. I also haven't watched anything on BTN+. I will trust you on this.Hmmm…not real sure about that one. If you save the game to My Stuff, you can watch the replay without commercialsit's availabe but only after the game is completely over. Also, no pause or rewind features when watching live. finally, the replay version requires you to watch commercials. but they tell me it's a premium channel!
