For those how know about this stuff, Cig has approx. $4M in base and $3+M in bonus available based on what I read.
Rule had approx. $6M in base and under $900K in bonus.
Cig has much more variable performance pay but both target out to around $7M.
We don't seem far off on target.

Depending on how the rest of the season plays out, I would think that next year some of those bonuses will be part of CCC's base salary.

And if he would get IU in the playoffs, I would think a healthy bump would be needed too!
