I don’t think there is hypocrisy in reaching a conclusion based on visual evidence but not doing so based on things you’ve heard other people say. Bur it’s arguable I guess.
Like I said I don't follow this much, but I don't think he denies having these long wild perverted orgies, all of the time, with lots of people. He just maintains that everything was purely voluntary.

Go back and read the articles about the testimony in this thread and see what’s been testified to and what was said in sworn affidavits. Form your own opinion after that. You in the Diddy Fan Club or something?
I thought it was pretty clear my position was based on physical proof or admissions by him. That was the whole point of what we were discussing.

To my understanding there is solid physical evidence that Diddy set up these "freak-offs", that he directly made payments to male escorts, and that messages sent to his girlfriend indicate coercion on his part.
He seems to, so far at least, neither confirm nor deny what sorts of gross behavior was involved and falls back on the premise that he's guilty of nothing since (he claims) whatever happened was 100% consensual among adults.

We’re kind of arguing two different things…really 3.
1) can we judge him as having committed a criminal act at this point?
2). Is there a lot of circumstantial evidecevhe is guilty of a criminal act; add
3) Are orgies necessarily perverted?
I'm not sure if he is facing any prostitution charges or not, but the "escorts" were hired to perform sex acts, so they would be more appropriately be described as "prostitutes", and yes... hiring a prostitute is illegal
the prostitutes have records of payment, so physical rather than circumstantial evidence exists. Circumstantial evidence such as phone/text records and hotel bills also exist
Not necessarily, but every description of these "freak-offs" so far seems to fit that label, and to my knowledge the descriptions by the "escorts" and by the girlfriend are not disputed by Diddy. To my knowledge he merely disputes that any coercion was involved

The problem with arguing with dumb people is they can’t follow the logic of the discussion I say A doesn’t necessarily equal C. You then say that’s dumb because B was also a factor and A and B necessarily equals C. I say that wasn’t the question and whether B was present is a different question. You then are too dumb to understand this and say something even dumber and it becomes a frustrating clusterf&ck…especially when you have to write it all out on a message board.

I know nothing about diddy or this case but come on trials and outcomes many times are determined on where they happen. You get very different jurys depending on location so yes you get your day in court but the true outcome will vary on location. No way oj gets off if his trial location was not changed.
