With the Colts relegated to just showing up for games and going through the motions wanting the season to end, Foles was knocked out of the game when DE Kayvon Thibodeaux came charging in and crushed Foles by landing directly on top of him and probably breaking ribs. I've seen so many unnecessary roughing penalties when a player sacking the QB would slam their body full force on top of a QB. I certainly don't know why it wasn't called, although the Colts are finished and an embarrassment right now. I would like to see someone land on top of Brady like that and see just how fast they throw the flag. Foles was lying there writhing in pain and the Colts players just let Thibodeaux lie next to him celebrating almost killing their QB on the play. Here's the clip of it.
OT: Okay, I can't figure out what roughing the QB is nowadays in the NFL...
