Heard a stat today that buyers of Teslas are 4-1 Democrats to Republicans. They're attacking their own. They even doxed owners on a website called Dogequest.com saying they will remove them if they sell their Tesla. I guess then they'll dox the new owners. This is stupid stuff:

There are numerous clips on X of idiots (or, maybe some actors or it’s AI) keying Teslas, spitting on Teslas and even one guy tossing his dog’s poop on a Tesla.
They’re oblivious, apparently, that Teslas have (or can be equipped with) a sentry camera system that catches them.
But the greatest fool in all of this - and this is despite the property damage to cars and Molotov cocktails damaging facilities and cars - has to be Tim Walz cheering the decline of Tesla stock. Minnesota’s employee retirement system has a substantial investment in Tesla stock. That’s just so fvcking stupid. And that idiot could have been only a heartbeat from the presidency.
But, to hear libs, MAGA was so rude to Budweiser due to the Dylan Mulvaney episode. Yeah, outside of Kid Rock shooting a case, people just stopped buying Bud Light. That’s exactly the same as destroying dealerships, torching Tesla charging stations and burning cars and doxxing Tesla owners.
If Tesla dealerships would just rake their lots there wouldn't be so many Tesla fires

I don't agree with all of the vandalism, just don't buy them.
Now I will say this about Walz's position, if you believe Elon is a malignant influence on the government and that malignant influence is born out of his wealth, tanking Tesla stock is a pretty effective way to neuter him. From what I have read, his position in things like Twitter/X is directly related to leveraging the value of Tesla's stock.
I think that is a valid protest. Boycotts are sometimes counterproductive on the short term. If I were a Tesla stock holder I would want Elon bounced from his position. He is the one dragging the value down.

I wasn't going to be buying an electric car anyway so my boycott won't be felt.

Never-Trumpers aren't doing this. Left-wingers are doing it. What they're doing is stupid and since Democrats own Teslas at a 4-1 rate over Republicans they're harming their own. I hope every single one is caught and prosecuted, but I'm one of the few consistent law and order conservatives here that believes those that commit crimes should be prosecuted no matter what the political motivation, if there is political motivation.

Tesla's stock valuation is a total joke. Trading at like 100x earnings for a fkn car manufacturer. (Toyota is like 8x earnings, by comparison) Basically a meme stock.
