and what are we drinking tonight?
I don't know what to make of this game. We came crashing back down to earth at Iowa over the weekend (to the surprise of almost no one), but Illinois is also coming off a home loss to a middling USC squad. And who knows if their freshman stud is going to play or how limited he might be.
We also have 2 teams who should be angry after bad losses. Which team comes out focused, looking to take out their frustrations on their opponent? I'd put my money on the Illini showing more pride and looking to make a point that the loss to USC was an aberration.
All that said, we're a 3.5 point DOG.... at home... to a team coming off a 10-point home loss and likely missing their best player. Vegas is trying to tell us something...
