Now they are after Tulsi

You clearly believe Trump is above the law. Unless you've forgotten everything you've ever known about protecting classified information, you'd agree that Trump is totally guilty of that. It was deliberate and he actively tried to keep them, including conspiracy with an employee. You and I would both be in Fort Leavenworth for deliberate mishandling of classified information and trying to cover it up. It's an absolute no doubter.
Yes, he is guilty of that, as is Biden and Pence. And don't try to claim they're different, because they're not - none of them, evidently, was allowed to have the documents. Only Trump actually had access at one time to remove them.

If one is guilty, they're all guilty. I know you'll claim Pence and Biden turned theirs in voluntarily, but that is a mitigating factor in sentence, not an indication non-guilt.

Yes, you and I would be in prison, but we're also not elected officials, for which there is evidently a different standard.

America is waking up to the deep state lying propaganda CIA war machine. All they got is to call anything that differs from their ideology is to label people as Nazis, Pro-Russia and disinformation spreaders. Wooooo! Well, until their domestic assassinations start. They do have a market on assassinations and coups.

You had 1 strong attempt, the rest…really, really bad. Trolling ain’t your thing. Stick with dumb takes. You excel at those.
Sorry I hurt your feelz so badly, I guess. The worst part is, my post wasn't even aimed at you. You may be too empathetic for this board, Nancy.

What Trump did does not even remotely equate to Pence and Biden, which are closer to HRC's case because there was no conspiracy to obstruct and they're likely to have been closer to negligence than deliberate as Trump's case clearly was. I'd be happy with prosecuting all four of them, but the precedent has been set that gross negligence side of mishandling classified information isn't to be prosecuted when they let HRC off for that, but what Trump has done wasn't merely gross negligence, it was absolutely willful and deliberate. I've explained this to you, and I actually believe you understand the differences, but because you're totally invested in and loyal to Trump you wish to pretend to be willfully ignorant. That's OK with me, but you have to live with your hypocrisy.

I agree that there are different standards for elected civilians, but there shouldn't be.

Complete and utter nonsense. Trump fully cooperated with NARA and the FBI. Even flew Jay Bratt out to Maralago. Told the feds if they need anything just let him know. He turned over everything they asked for. You are nuts.

DANC is willfully ignorant. He has to know better. You're just dumb as a post.

He was indicted for 37 felonies in the documents case. You should, but you won't, read at least the first few pages of the indictment:

This was the most important and solid of the cases file against Trump. Because he was elected President (after being nominated by idiots) he's going to get off. Don't know about his poor underlings who were also charged.

That's your problem. You think there needs to be a conspiracy and there doesn't. Trump didn't 'conspire' any more than Biden or Pence did. Biden admitted he planned to take them for his memoirs and he actually shared top secret documents with his biographer.

You are so far off base here, it's hard to take what you say as serious thought. Your hatred for Trump has blinded you to anything comparable done by his fellow politicians.

indicted and how many convictions? Zero. for such a 'solid' case, not a damn thing has come out of it.

I guess you missed the part where more Biden docs were found after he'd told them he'd turned over all the documents. Where was the FBI raid on his houses?

You are hopeless. Your devotion to Trump makes you willing to totally ignore the facts of this case. They include conspiracy with underlings to continue to evade returning some of the documents. It’s one of the charges in the indictment you will never bother reading.

We’re done. You must live with your ignorance and hypocrisy, I don’t have that problem.

You know why there were no convictions in both federal cases. Don’t feign ignorance on that.

No FBI search was necessary in the Biden and Pence cases. You know that too.

Just stop. You’re not a serious person and you remain the boards number one bad faith poster.

Show me in the law where it says conspiracy is a requirement to be convicted or charged with illegal possession of classified documents.

As I said, it may be a factor in sentencing, but it's not a requirement for charges.

I don't blame you for tapping out.

I do know. They couldn't prove the charges.

How do you know no FBI searches were necessary? Because that's what they told you? lmao Oh my..... so gullible.

What does it mean when you say "We're done"?

If you didn't say consiracy is a requirement, why use it as some kind of differentiator? I think you're confused.

Your first paragraph proves you are a liar. You’re not worth my time. Don’t reply to my posts and I won’t reply to yours.

Conspiracy was involved in Trump’s case, not the others. It’s all in the indictment you won’t read because you prefer willful ignorance.

We’re done means you’re entirely hopeless and argument is a waste of time.

Why do you just throw around accusations without any kind of backup or argument for that accusation? Have you ever participated in a debate?

Tapping out again?

Calling you a liar isn’t an accusation, it’s a fact. It’s not even an insult, it’s an accurate assessment of you.

The others were obviously conspiratorial. How do you smuggle documents out without conspiring to do it?

Do you know what conspiracty means? Do you think Biden and Pence and Hillary didn't know taking top secret docs into their possession wasn't illegal?

conspiracy /kən-spîr′ə-sē/

noun

  1. An agreement to perform together an illegal, wrongful, or subversive act.
  2. A group of conspirators.
  3. An agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime or accomplish a legal purpose through illegal action.

With me being recently consumed with other matters of saving America, I am glad to see that you are continuing to make friends. It's the one common denominator. Keep up the good work.
