It was a punch to the gut seeing Dex go down on a non-contact injury. IU clearly had early momentum and the crowd was jacked. Dex and a run oriented O have IU the best chance to win. What we didn’t get to find out is could IU and Dex adjust once PU adjusted. Still don’t know if Dex is a good, or good enough passer. May never know since IU will likely go to the portal again for experienced dual threat QBs. Often it just sucks to be an IU football fan.
