Seems like a colossal waste of money. Who pays for it?
They rank 8th in per capita GDP and have two airports. I’m not saying it isn’t a waste of money but demographics like that allow a focus we would find it hard to imagine.
Unnecessary. All I care about is high quantity of clean bathrooms and a variety of eating options
Such a pleb.
Plebs fly commercial and spend way too much time at the airport. I'm pissed if I spend more than 30 mins.
Unless you are fortunate enough to fly private I suspect you get pissed a lot.
Do you even Clear? I made it from car to gate in under 5 mins (running of course) at LGA.
I'm heading to NYC for a wedding in Tribeca in June... any recs on which airport would be best choice?
LGA is a total shit show (even worse than before, if you didn't think that was possible) bc of a huge renovation. It's still closest but JFK is probably the best IMO (though it depends on terminal).
Newark sucks but is less busy and accessible (not sure Tribeca wise)

LGA is a nightmare. Total renovation and the roads are ALL screwed up.
I don’t fly enough anymore to justify the expense, especially flying out of Indy. I did fly to Indy out of LGA last Monday. Outside of the Uber driver taking a wrong turn in the airport construction that cost me an extra 40 minutes it wasn’t to bad. I doubt Clear could fix that.

How do they keep the bird poop off that giant glass roof?
Only if you live uptown.
