Spent some time over on Nebraska’s board. That fan base is pretty funny.

You can basically put them in two categories when it comes to how they feel about their Huskers:

1. They will be lucky to win another game

2. They can beat Ohio State, win out and make the playoffs

I think that fan base suffers from PTSD.

took the words out of my mouth. I think IU bball fans and Neb fball fans of ages 50+ have lived parallel lives without knowing it. Waking up everyday hoping it's any time before the mid 1990s.

I rarely watch Indiana basketball anymore.

I coached Bryant McIntosh when he was a youngster and his dad and I have been lifelong friends so I've mostly followed Northwestern over the last ten years.
