So, 2 kids within 6 months?

Does he even spend any time w these progeny of his?

Guys, we have to think about this and put aside our greed, vanity, etc., and ask ourselves one question:

do we really want to admire/emulate a guy like Musk just b/c he has money/power?

His whole "I must populate the world" motif is beyond weird and creepy. Buying Twitter just to control it despite the financial losses. How do Tesla investors feel these days?

And kids w all these different women? Outside of marriage? How are the "family values" people in the GOP OK w this? Because he has money? Because he has power? Because he's "good for business"?

Every summer I’d fly everyone to a spot for a reunion. Like the black families here do at Forest Park. And they get bright T shirts. I’d do that too

I have noticed that around here, too. For years. It seems there is a set of "guys" who search for a man who they can idolize to the point of believing he can do no wrong, and will twist themselves into pretzels defending his actions, and donning him with a teflon suit of armor. They did it with RMK (great coach who was far from perfect), then Trump, then Musk. The problem is the recipients of this worship are getting more flawed, and gaining more of a victimhood status in their eyes.
I'll be interested to see who they back when the inevitable falling out between Trump and Musk occurs. It could get messy.

I suspect that was when he was building companies. I highly doubt that today. We’re the same age and the difference between 33 and today is insane re energy. He’s also one of these blessed types that can operate on 4 hours of sleep. Clinton was apparently that way too. Lucky people

Some people conflate being obscenely rich with being smart about everything. Musk is brilliant in some ways, no question. He probably should have stuck to those things.

You know I get his theory on why having kids is so vital to our future and to some extent I agree especially when it comes to my religion. However I do worry this idea can be misguided. What’s most important is what we do with each of these precious children. These kids need a father that isn’t absent. Perhaps I know nothing about how active he is with his kids beyond the one who rides his shoulders.

I just know as many of you do how hard parenting is. It’s not enough just to give them unconditional love. It takes a lot more to help them cross the finish line. Beyond love they need to learn about hard work and grit. They need to learn how to think for themselves and problem solve.

Maybe the best parents could achieve this with 13 kids, but man I struggle just having three. I try my best and lord knows there isn’t a single manual that teaches us what to do, otherwise they’d hand it out at birth.

Mr. Musk, I certainly don’t agree with all you do but I wish you the best as a parent. Your kids need you.
