Well, this game was a repeat of the first game today with IU excelling in all phases of the game. The hitting, pitching and fielding were great in both games. IU outhit the Spartans, 14 to 9, and they had five multi-hit players. IU scored in all six innings.

Koskie - 2 for 4 with a GS homer and 6 RBIs.

Dickerson - 4 for 5 with a double and homer and 3 RBIs.

Cerny - 2 for 3 with a homer and 3 RBIs.

Taylor - 2 for 3 with an RBI.

Schuyler - 2 for 3 with an RBI.

Moore - 1 for 4 with a homer and 2 RBIs.

Denny and Malamazian both had an RBI each.

Pitching in both games was great. Here are the numbers for this game.

Haas - 2.1 IP with 4 hits to include a double, and one earned run, a K and a BB.

Holderfield - 1.2 IP with 2 hits and no earned runs. He had 3 Ks to a BB and the rest of his slate was clean.

Decker-Petty - 3.0 IP with 3 hits to include a solo homer, one earned run, 4 Ks and no BBs. The rest of his slate was clean.

IU was error-free in both games today, while MSU had three errors in this game.
