Aren’t we only talking about 2-3 players here. Eligible next year and my guess:

Malik - lean staying based on coach hire
Mgbako - portal the minute it opens
Cupps - lean portal
Rice - portal or coach’s decision
Carlyle - portal or coach’s decision
Newton - player Kurt is referring to? Finish degree but not as part of roster?
Tucker - toss up, can see him hitting the portal but I could see him staying with the right coach, and I could see a coach wanting to keep him.

The only leaves Malik and Tucker from my view

Forgot about them, heard a medical redshirt application has been put in for Goode. He would be a good one to get back. Hatton not sure, he played well in certain matchups but not a consistent Big 10 player.
