How do you crash the AD’s wife’s car at 3:03 AM, lie to the popo about your name, then only get a 1-game suspension against Nebraska? That Fab 5 coach rules with an iron fist!

Is the ADs wife hot? Justtttttt saying
Maybe he thought he was auditioning for the part of Otter in the sequel to "Animal House", and couldn't find Dean Wormer's Wife. Maybe he is a graduate of the Robert "Tractor" Traylor Memorial Driving School.

There has to be an NCAA violation in this somewhere if he was driving the car with the Owner's Permission and consent.

If the AD's wife allows all the Michigan students to borrow her car, it's not an additional benefit to the player not available to all students, and not a violation. I'm sure that's the case . . .

Exactly.

Anyway, who among us didn’t at one point or another borrow the car of, say, the spouse of our Intro to Philosophy lecture section professor and smash it into a telephone pole?

Casting the first stone and so on ...

Ummmm...what??

NOTES

Senior guard Zavier Simpson was suspended for a game for his role in a one-car accident at 3:00 a.m. He was reinstated for a game at Rutgers and will face no more disciplinary action.

“Just that it was a process,” Martelli said when asked about it. “We went through a process with X, are continuing to move forward and with our guys, it became a learning opportunity. For Juwan, for the players … that dreaded call you get very late at night and think okay … now what?

"We have moved this forward and the timing of the information being out now. We really as a group have taken it and squeezed it and used it for an educational opportunity for the program … the situation that occurred, shouldn’t have occurred and we can move forward.”

Not excusing or defending him, but He borrowed the car from
The AD’s son, who is a team manager.
