No one guards McRoberts. We are playing 4 on 5 on offense
Yeah, but he hustles! No one guards McRoberts. We are playing 4 on 5 on offense
think he was 2/4 or 2/5.He actually has taken a couple of shots today and they weren't close. We see why hr hasn't been shooting much.
think he was 2/4 or 2/5.
2-6 0-4 3'sSo you think 40% is good when no one is guarding you?
If I were coach Mcroberts would be done playing Romeo would be bringing ball up screen and roll all day with Morgan be nice to see them do that with Smith too. Look at prime example with Victor Romeo has to get a killer instinct with the ball look to score first or find Morgan.
Yeah, but he hustles!
He gets his hands on the ball and goes after rebounds and loose balls. Yes, that equals possessions.
His shooting sucked today.
2-6 0-4 3's
not scoring does not equate to playing "4 on 5" so people can stop saying that. there are other things to do besides shoot the ball in a game. brian sloan, steve eyl(the human screen), joe hillman. he is being guarded, too. surprisingly. otherwise he would not have been able to use his shot fake to free up the two fifteen footers he made today. they sure as hell looked better than his 3's.Playing 4 on 5 on offense isn't a smart strategy.
if he doesn't have the athletic ability and can't keep up with the other players why does he play so much?I think he still averages less than 1 shot per game. I’m sure he knows what to do, he just doesn’t have the athletic ability to do it. He can’t keep up with other players...at all.
and a few of those those rebounds mcroberts ran ten feet, anticipating where the ball was going, while his teammates stood frozen in one spotMcRoberts had 7 boards and 3 steals today. I don't want to hear it. He struggled to hit shots like everyone else but at least he squares and takes good open shots instead of the b.s. shots a lot of other guys take.
