Can't be sure of that. President Trump's approval ratings are declining while the economy doesn't get better and may be tanked if the President follows through with draconian blanket tariffs. If that happens it could be a disaster for Republicans' chances in Congress. Even if the Republicans retain the Senate, it's very likely to be by a slim margin.
