Now, you might think otherwise. Every "yard" and "field" and "back 40" has what one might call a "ditch" or "runoff" where rainwater flows off the property. Eventually, that water makes its way into a culvert or sewer, or more important, to a creek or stream or river that never dries out, or even a "wet land" (or as the statute says "a wetland") that stays wet. Well, you coulda worked for the EPA until yesterday and helped them abuse the property-owning citizens of the US. But by a vote of 9-0, the MAGA, Trump-loving, GOP-controlled Supreme Court put a stop to such shenanigans.
Once again the claim that all judges just pursue the policies of the party what President appointed them - like almost everything else a Belt-Way Democrat says - has been proven untrue. But Chuck Shumer - that lying, deceitful, partisan vote whore from NY who would sell his daughter for another lick of the power stick - says the whole court - all 9 - are just a MAGA court.
Between Cuomo, Shumer and Santos, perhaps the voters of New York should have some restrictions placed on their franchise. They seem to be easily fooled.
