Yes. They actually gave us a couple of close games. Benson saved us on a tip in at home.Would that also be Boilermaker Hell?

They don't have to too. They've seen film all season. They can bring in their subs and not miss a beat.Teams just play harder than us
The only thing that put a smile on my face since 3pm todayThe joke’s on NW - we’re not even Quad 1. They might as well have played the Naperville Boys Club.
Bourbon and cigars doesn’t help the midriffOn top of this, the coaches 3/4 zips are terrible. Woodsons looks like a damn tent on him with a head hole cut out.
Might have been directed at the officials, some bad calls towards the end of the first half.Nice round of boos at the end of the half.
Middle school teams, especiallyTeams just play harder than us
I tuned in for 2H right around the time it was 45-40 NW. Watched none of 1H. Then I stopped watching once NW blew the lead up to 16 on 2H. Seeing IU miss FT after FT did me in.I usually tape games and start an hour late. That way I can fast forward thru commercials.
Lately I have been giving up somewhere in the second half and looking up the score. Then delete the rest of the game.
And if we make a change we might still have a shot at Sisley Harrelson and others. And couldn’t a kid de commit if you didn’t change coaches?
I agree and to me it is even worse than the loses. I do not ever remember having had two players ejected for un sportsmanship fouls. I live in the south and it is embarrassing t9 wear Indiana T shirts to the gym.I tuned in for 2H right around the time it was 45-40 NW. Watched none of 1H. This was the game I had targeted to come back for which I do once a year with me son and had been doing since 2016. Aside from 2016, these seasons were “lean” teams to say the least. But, by and large the teams played hard and fought. Despite how poor the teams were, we managed to be undefeated in games attended and most every game we attended was vs an opponent ranked in the top 10.
However, given the style of play and general lack of giving a flying f*** by this team, I called this years annual trip off. Told my son I was sorry but could not justify a trip to go witness this garbage. The only years we missed were 2018 and 2021 (Covid). I doubt we go next year and we began these on his 9th birthday and he turns 17 in 10 days. Sad but I don’t think I am unique in no longer investing time and emotion into this basketball program. I will be a fan for my entire life as it’s engrained in me. But my give a shit meter is near an all time low.
IU cant shoot wide open shots from beyond 8 feet. IU cant shoot uncontested free throws. Even on your home court. Talent level sucks. If you think the talent level is the issue then you sir are missing the bigger picture.
I feel ya. I can honestly say that in prior years I would say I didn’t care as if I was trying to talk myself into apathy. But I knew that I truly did care. Now, I really don’t. Mainly because I know this team sucks and it’s due to a variety of factors. Next year, we’ll pay a bunch more players to come to IU and will see the same results. Especially if we have no guards why can actually score and teams have to game plan for. I mean hell, we are second to last in free throw shooting in the big ten. We truly suck!I just had an epiphany. A new low.
I am usually destroyed by losses. Have to wind down before sleep and will be in a bad mood for a few days.
But right now, I am fine. I really don’t care.
The more I think of this the more I see diabolical intentions. That is why they are wearing black uniforms so people won't
know it's actually IU.
Are visiting teams eating subs on the bench now? They don't have to too. They've seen film all season. They can bring in their subs and not miss a beat.
