I do know that back in Oct Maddow did a show about the computer experts who evaluated the communication link between the Trump Campaign and Alfa Bank responding to Durham over the false claims he made in the indictment he handed down for Sussman. Durham claimed that the experts who evaluated the link in Spring/Summer 2016 and brought their suspicions to the FBI, knew that it was a hoax and basically never believed the connection existed,
But the experts fired back against those claims in a letter they sent to Durham responding to his assertions, including their emails at the time that revealed they all were unanimous in their determination that such a connection did in fact exist and warranted FBI investigation...They also accused Durham of ignoring THAT evidence and fabricating his own claims while misrepresenting their expert opinion...

I'm sure Trump broke a law or two by taking documents he shouldn't have - he was probably afraid he'd have to have them to support him if he was charged with anything - which you Democrats said would happen. I don't doubt any documents supporting him would disappear, so he kept them for safekeeping.
Or he screwed up and took them with him, not realizing it was against some law. Either way, big whoop. The way 'Top Secret' documents are handled by the government is a sham anyway and leaked all the time by Democrat-led House and Senate committees.

I honestly think had Hillary won (as off-putting as she is) we would have been better off. Hillary would have been what we expected in Joe with re to policy but didn't get, and we never would have had Trump and all that followed.

We attach way too much importance to who the President is instead of what the President does. Millions believed that Obama being president was important in the sense of what that would say about America. Who he was made no enduring difference. Many believe that Trump being president was awful. Who Trump is makes no enduring difference either.
So long as our focus is things like Jim Crow on Steroids, Crooked elections, insurrections, the DOJ suing opposite party state governments, and congressional retaliatory investigations, who is President makes no difference. We will always be divided.

The idea that Mueller found "no collusion" is a myth. There are close to 200 pages in the Report describing "numerous links between the Russian government and the Trump Campaign. Mueller found that "a Russian entity carried out a social media campaign that favored presidential candidate Donald J. Trump and disparaged presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.” He also found that “a Russian intelligence service conducted computer-intrusion operations” against the Clinton campaign and then released stolen documents.
While Mueller's investigation was unable to establish a criminal conspiracy between members of the Trump campaign and Russian operatives, Mueller emphasized that "a statement that the investigation did not establish particular facts does not mean there was no evidence of those facts.” In fact, Mueller also wrote that the “investigation established that the Russian government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency and worked to secure that outcome, and that the Campaign expected it would benefit electorally from information stolen and released through Russian efforts.”
Finally, Mueller found that campaign members Manafort, Junior and Kushner met with Russian nationals in Trump Tower in New York June 2016 for the purpose of receiving disparaging information about Clinton as part of “Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump,” according to an email message arranging the meeting. This meeting did not amount to a criminal offense, in part, because Mueller was unable to establish “willfulness,” that is, that the participants knew that their conduct was illegal. Mueller was also unable to conclude that the information was a “thing of value” that exceeded $25,000, the requirement for campaign finance to be a felony, as opposed to a civil violation of law. But the fact that the conduct did not technically amount to conspiracy does not mean that it was acceptable. Trump campaign members welcomed foreign influence into our election and then compromised themselves with the Russian government by covering it up.
