While Lloyd certainly won't write home about today's game, we have to give him some credit for inducing the two ground balls that produced the force-out at home plate and the DP. If we had brought in another pitcher, I'm not sure we would have gotten the same result to get out of the inning with the game tied.

I agree. He’s a tough sonuvagun. Knew exactly what he needed to do and executed without having his best stuff. I’m sure I would’ve pulled him and brought someone in that would’ve made a worse mess that he did.
