I guess Indiana is overflowing with people fighting to move there. The education for k-12 is top-notch. People with college degrees are one of the best in the nation, so people earn high incomes. A house in my neighborhood doesn't sit vacant long. People will overpay because of the location, which is 10 minutes from NYC. There is new construction going up all around. New schools, new houses, and apartments. Keep believing the sh*t you here on TV. I'm watching live and up close. NJ is continuing to increase in population.

Really? A decrease of 20K over one year means the sky is falling. 🤣 Since it"s a guess and not an actual census-taking method, it is hard to believe. The same wallet hub relied on moving companies' info, which led people to believe NJ would lose population ahead of the 2020 census. NJ was expected to decrease in population to 8.2 million but somehow increased. It turned out to be false because everyone wants to be the news instead of reporting it.
