There is a question of child endangerment and religious freedom. The parents made their choice, now a child is dead.

So parents are arrested for

leaving a child in a hot car,
leaving a gun where the child gets it,
leaving drugs out where they get it
Not getting medical attention for a sick child
Allowing a child to go wander in traffic
Not feeding them properly

Honest question: do you sleep well when you allow your political insanity to over ride the life of a child? Does it make you feel superior to make excuses for others that do the same...even to their own child?

Parents need to protect their children regardless of their political or religeous beliefs and be held accountable when they don't. They can tell their side in court if there are some freak circumstances that created this.
