Lee beebe jr. First transfer commit

Now that we're a few years in to NIL, I would think there's enough time and evidence available, that Coaches and Administrators, and the NCAA could come up with some sort of binding commitment contract.

Portal window dates very clear, and a hugely important part of the process.

In order to transfer, without having to sit out, you have to both enter the portal during approved times, and SIGN A COMMITMENT LETTER, during that time as well.

Commitment letters can be waived if the coaching staff changes, if there's a family medical emergency, etc... But for the most part, if you "back out" after signing a commitment letter, it comes with an automatic 1 year redshirt.

If these "kids" feel they deserve big boy money (they do), then they can take on the commitments and responsibilities normal adults take on when they get paid for work.

With revenue sharing the NIL cooperatives should cease to exist, IMO.
Let it get back to what I understood it was supposed to be in the first place. Make money of your NIL. Or in other words, make money by doing a commercial for Joe's Garage. No need for anyone to know what you make except you and Joe.

Revenue sharing spreads the money around. (not sure how that is determined) and NIL let's the stars make money of of their NIL.
