Gotta say, LB is a big concern for me. Fisher is great. Jones is solid. After that, I am not sure what we have. Hardy played a little. Turner very little. And I don't see anyone we are courting from the portal, unless I missed it.

Hardy looks like a really good athlete and I suppose they are counting on him and Jones to fill the other spot beside Fisher. I also figure they will get another quality guy in the Spring.

I am also concerned about LB. I think they are going to miss Walker’s speed. He caused a lot of havoc getting into plays all over the field.
Hardy will log lots of minutes. He flashed excellent potential in an obviously limited role this year.
They do need to bring in a LB that has put production on film/paper.....That said, this defense looks like it could be one of the top units in the entire country.

DC Haines is the LB position coach who knew Fisher would hold up in BiG play.
Fisher is returning to wear the green dot on defense.
Haines will find some one to replace Walker,
and the replacement will be in the right gap over 90% of the time.

We have two ready to step in, Hardy & Jones. Quentin Clark may also get a look.
The only player I heard Cig mention this year who didn't play a lot but was impressive in practice was Quentin Clark. He never mentions you guys from practice. That was the only one.
After Ohio State and Notre Dame it's pretty clear that they need to find speed in the portal.
All year....even teams they defeated gave them problems getting speed outside the tackles.
