AZ is always fighting for water. During his campaign it was found out later, most of his donations were from Dubai. That gave them water rights. They were able dig into the aquifers to take water meant for farmers, small desert towns etc. One day the town of Bowie woke to no water in their system. Where you see big round circles of green on Google Satellite, those are alfalpha fields grown by Dubai where it is shipped back for their horses.

Agreed that Myorkas is awful. Let's not forget however that Noem has been managing the smallest state government in the nation, for just 4 years. Now she will not only oversee the border (Customs & Border Patrol), but also ICE, the Secret Service, and FEMA.
Based on this, is she really the best person willing and able to take this job?
