Kansas is...

Wrong, this team will be more dangerous in March. Kansas sucks and was lucky to escape, this game goes OT we'd have won. Add to that we played like shit and were close to blowing their doors off
Talent and experience won today. It's that simple.

IU led 56-46 with 11:06 to play.

Kansas outscored IU 30-15 the rest of the way and not once, EVER, looked like they were concerned about their ability and probability of winning. Not a great game by Ware. In the box, he doesn't have the strength. He needs Malik's strength to better in the post. Better game by IU, but the better team won today. Credit self for having confidence in his players to continue to play with fouls. If he pulls McCullar and does not allow him to stay on floor with 3 and four fouls, they probably lose. That decision, Kansas superior talent and experience is the difference today. Solid effort by IU. Just wasn't enough. And tip of hat to Trey. Great to see him have a big game.

We have zero depth
Banks had a bad game. Gunn did nothing other than miss the front end of a one and one. I thought Ware played solid.

Banks and Gunn combined for:

- Minutes: 21
- Points: 0
- FG: 0-3
- Three pointers: 0-1
- Free Throws: 0-1
- Assists: 1
- Turnovers 1
- Rebounds: 2

Kansas looked scared, yes they did, Dickenson threw up an air ball and the announcers started laughing. Kansas is a joke of a paid for team. This team should be very dangerous come March

To each their own. Kansas, to me, looked poised and calm. Dickinson was 8-17 with 17 points and 14 rebounds and was a key piece of them winning in the final 8 minutes. Air ball, yes? Did it bother him at all or the atmosphere, no. It did not.

My spread was inclusive of X. You think we’re better than KU when both teams are at full strength?

Not at this point of the season. But I don't think we are that far behind. And with X, I think we can be a top 20 to 25 team by the end of the year.

Ah yes. So if X comes back and stays healthy and we improve significantly. And Kansas doesn’t improve at all (because why would they improve over the course of a season, right?), we could potentially be better than them at the end of the year.

Well, we win today with X instead of Cupps (37 min; 2 pts; 1 assist; 1 T/O).
Single game, neutral court in March? I'll take our chances.

We will be dangerous come March? Or them? We should be better but dang? Dangerously close to being a bubble team?

Didn't say that. Try some reading comprehension. KU #2 and I said IU 20-25. Good grief.

You have to throw Reneau in the "bad game" group. Walker didn't do much. But down the stretch Kansas hit shots. Inside and out they scored down the stretch. Galloway had a great game but he had a good look at the end and missed. Reneau had a good look for 3 and a couple inside shots that didn't fall. Cupps is not an offensive threat and had a nice drive but that was it. Give up to Kansas, they hit shot down the stretch......
