Article in La Times today about Scott County Indiana and the heroin and HIV problem with dirty needles and how they have had such a big rise in all the incidents and how fast this is moving through the states around such as Kentucky, Tenn. and Virginia and West Virginia. Then to log on and see an IU football player selling heroin to Undercover agents really hit me. Seems to be a big problem going on and do not see Schools prepared to handle it. I know it was Allen's own fault. I hope no one else on the football team is involved.
