Julian Lewis will be at Michigan Game

According to the participation report on the IU athletics website Cherry did play. As I recall he came in first handed off once or twice then left and Mendoza came out last.
That may be right.

I just referred to the stats (espn) of the game which had three qb’s playing (with stats).

Cherry didn’t have a pass or run (nor was sacked) if he played.

Is it possible to play qb and not show up on the stats?

I believe so because other positions have no stats and show up. I'm thinking at the time since Cherry went in after TJ he was #3. Of course that could have changed by now although CC on his last radio show said he was pleased with both freshman QB's.

Colorado. He wants guarantees to start.

IU - Cig doesn’t play that game
Michigan State - that would mean that Chiles is told by his coach to take a hike because he is only a sophomore.
Colorado - Shadeur is gone. He’ll have the keys from the very start. I’d consider it a done deal.

I expect his commitment there this week.
USC tired of the drama and just went out and landed Husan Longstreet.

Good for USC. There was too much drama tied to this.

In case anyone still cares apparently he is announcing his commitment at 12:10 on PMS. I know several have said he is going to CO and I definitely have no inside information to discredit or disprove that, but I find it interesting that nearly our entire coaching staff is following him on twitter (x). I could see one coach or maybe two, but we have at least 6 coaches who follow him. So, although I am expecting the CO rumors to turn out to be true I am bracing for an unexpected surprise.

Curious why he decided to announce on the Pat M. show, as Pat has a closeness to IU via his wife and family ties to the university.

Another interesting aspect is that Coach Cig and Pat seem really tight and his show is set in Indianapolis. So, it is definitely an interesting choice which is the only reason I am watching.

Good luck.
If we bring another guy in the portal it will be interesting to see who stays and who goes next year.
They are obviously not all in on Tayven Jackson.

Welp, that was a waste of time. Lol

I figure they were looking ahead to a possible Portal entry on his part (if things don't go exactly according to plan for him)... The free publicity on the recruiting front was a good spin off from the time investment too...

I moved on a few weeks ago. This kid’s constant “look at me” sideshow is over the top. He knew he for months he wasn’t going to USC. Thank goodness he re-classified up a year so we can all see if he’s as good as advertised a year early. There’s still another month before December signing day for him to change his mind again. If the home state school, UGA, still wants him, I’m sure they will put the full court press on the kid. They can also likely match or exceed what he’ll get from CU, if they want to.
